Build the foundation once, derive the domains

The shared foundation lives in exactly one place. Applications are designed to be composed from a product base, regulatory modules and reference data, so a new domain inherits the foundation and adds only its differences.

Structure is fixed in code. The design is meant to absorb thresholds, forms and institution-specific variations as versioned data; those reference sets are still being built out, domain by domain.

Natural-language regulatory search (RAG), anomaly detection training and serving (MLOps), visual inspection assistance (VLM) and a field gateway are planned as the next axes of this foundation.
