Assets, work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, failure history, measurement readings, statutory obligations, inspections and the actions on nonconformities in one place. An asset’s detail view gathers its metrics, history, readings and obligations, so the asset becomes the unit of judgement. It installs on your own servers, and lists and the asset register move in and out as Excel files. The U-CMMS presented here is iyulab’s new edition. Public-procurement and certification records belong to the product of the same name that iyulab delivers today; this edition does not claim them.
